We offer a source of funding for non-traditional lending scenarios. We can typically fund within 10 days of receiving a preliminary title report and of our inspection of the subject property. We do not require the typical bank loan application. Our payments are interest-only and they have no prepayment penalty. We typically write our loans for a 5-year period.

If the scenario warrants, we can collateralize more than one property. We will always work with you to try and put together a deal that works for both the borrower(s) and investor(s).
